"The inflatables are nice, but almost every arcade fame was broken or missing parts. Then, at the end of the night, both ticket counters were having issues causing long lines. Pizza was decent for an arcade, and price is fair. They just need to fix thier broken games."

"Never going back! We drove from out of town to visit this evening for my boys birthday. We wanted to spend an hour there. We arrived shortly before 7pm and were told that the machines shut off at 7:45, but we would be able to cash in our tickets at that time. We paid full price admission for 4 children. At 7:45, we gathered my children and opened a couple small gifts, but we were apparently unaware of the “no present” rule and we were told by a young staff member - “you can’t bring gifts inside, not now or ever” in front of my young children who were just trying to enjoy their birthday. Mind you, there were literally two other customers in the building at that time. Not only was it super confrontational, it made no sense whatsoever. We made our way to the ticket table no later than 7:50 so that we could head out the door, and the young girl was so pushy for us to finish up as she was gathering her things to leave and wouldn’t allow my children to pick out more than one prize. We ended up just taking the ticket voucher back and left. We couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Jumpin’ Joeys, please change your closing time to 15 minutes before actual closing so your customers are aware that your staff want to leave at that time. And if your staff is going to be so uptight about young children opening small gifts in your building, please plaster a big sign on your door so other children don’t have to have presents ripped out of their hands right after they’re opened. I’m so disappointed. This place was highly recommended by family. We will find some place closer that genuinely appreciates our business!"
