"This is the most unprofessional unproductive office I’ve ever dealt with. They NEVER answer their phones, you never know when or if your refills will be called in, and when confronting the nurse or staff they are rude and disrespectful. Dr Snailgrove says one yhing but does another and fyi their billing department is an individual whom lives an hour and a half away. I spoke with her and she said she’s not been in his office in over 9 months so his billing is done in the home of an individual, let’s think about hippa policies that’s something to frown on. My father advices Dr Snailgrove he had no energy and the response was “you’re old what do you expect “? We are changing drs soon and it can’t come quick enough. He should have lost his license years ago when the opportunity was there."
