"Things have really changed since I was a kid. I've been shopping at Payless my whole life and I went there today on Maple Point Drive and had an issue with the pop not ringing up right and instead of just giving me the coupon or fixing it or whatever I was told I have to get on the app and download additional coupons and blah blah blah. You know what, you can take those additional coupons and I'm pretty sure you know what you can do with them. I'm done shopping at Payless. And you're thinking but it's such a small thing. You're right it absolutely is but life is too short and I am not putting up with the little things anymore."
