"They seemed nice enough But The food quality from last to this year Went downhill"

"My medical insurance company ordered heart healthy meals and snacks for me after my hospital stay. Federal Express delivered the box to my front door. When my husband opened the box, the dry ice was completely gone and the items that were supposed to be frozen were melted and warm. I called G.A. Food Services and the representative apologized and said "do not touch any of the food, throw it away". The representative said they would send a second box and I should receive it on Friday, June 11, 2021. I did not receive the box until today (6/14/2021). The same issue, the dry ice was gone and the items in the box were defrosted and warm. I called G.A. Foods and let them know. They offered to send another box (for the third time) and I told them not to try to send any more food. I asked them not to charge my insurance company for the unuseable food. The representative said this was a issue between G.A. Food Services and Federal Express."
