"If there was a zero I’d use it. The so called customer service at this PO and Stockton PO is terrible. They all act like you are bothering them. If your white and get a black clerk and ask them a question they just grunt. But they talk to black customers. One of the requirements to work at PO is to be rude and unfriendly. Sounds like Walmart but it’s the PO . I’m taking my complaints to Post Master General in Washington. Maybe if others would he would clean house"

"I went here for my 1st time in a long time. The woman behind the counter helping me was great. She helped me get the packages to their location at cheaper prices, but still at the times needed. I am very thankful for that."

"As a carrier in this office, I speak for all of us, rural, city, and contract carriers when I say we all work our behinds off to ensure the best customer service possible. We work in difficult conditions on a daily basis and still have a smile on our faces when we greet our customers. We do go the extra mile but certain circumstances do make customers unhappy with us. Some are out of our control whether it’s from upper management or our customers. Unfortunately dogs are one of those special circumstances. If we have been bitten by your dog no we cannot risk our safety for it to happen again. Especially when we can prove your dogs are not always kept up."
