Wendy's

"55 and have been going to Wendy's for a long time. Have always loved a burger and bowl of Wendy's Chilli. Go there because of the Chilli but when I received my bowl it was mostly juice and absolutely no meat. So I asked if she would make me another bowl, please. She replied " I put the correct amount of meat in there, so if I fix you another bowl it will be out of the same batch. You know what I mean?" Me and the guy beside me was a Lil blown away! The manager standing right behind her said nothing. So I guess I will not be back for Chilli, ya know what I mean?"

"We sat in the drive thru from 12:10-12:40 pm on a Friday to finally give up and drive around to the windows to see what was happening, and the lady at controlling the drive thru was on her personal cellphone and gave us a nasty eye as if we were in the wrong. She was on a personal phone call for 30 minutes with her headset on. I’m sure this won’t do anything or affect anything because it’s fast food in Bay Minette, AL, but this has happened too many times. They suck."

"Ordered a double baconator & unsweet tea. Got a sweet tea & a cold burger. Burger patties were like they came out of the fridge. The girl in the window had an attitude & was mad because she gave me a sweet tea. She didn’t want to take the sweet tea back so I set it in her window. I didn’t even try to go back and return the cold burger."

"If I could just leave a 0 star review I would. Me and my family of 5 stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting patiently on the workers to acknowledge us, they did not. There was not a single customer inside and only 1 car in the drive thru they were not busy. This happened @ 4:00 today. (In case management wanted to look into it)"

"It took forever to get a potato and there was 6 people working! No chocolate frostie again and the pumpkin spice was not good to me. We had to pull forward from the drive thru and wait for our order and still had to go inside to get it."
