"The Best! One of the oldest and yet well maintained Parks in Terre Haute. Obviously due to the courage and devotion of the groundskeeper. These good people need raises. In the early nineties, my mother would come here and take daily naps and feed the critters. The person you scoff at today, may be sitting in the Oval office tomorrow."

"We rented the pavillion. This was a quaint little place to host a baby shower. It was clean, had a kitchenette and smart outlets that were not low to the ground all around the building. We had around 25 people in there. It would not be a great place for any more than that. Chairs and tables were there. Also a small restroom, no changing table. There is no microwave. It worked out perfect for our baby shower. Nothing is allowed on the walls or windows. We built quick little back drops. The lighting is very beautiful. There are three big glass windows that allow lots of natural light. There are also three doors to get into building. The north door is great, its directly facing the play ground equipment. Great idea for kids party so they can run to and from."
