"Came there with my mother on 9/13 to find jeans for a work trip. It was the evening time around 6-7pm. The entire time we were there we were asked if we needed help 10 times by the same two people over and over again. At this point we were under the impression that they did not want us there, rushing us, or assuming we were there to steal. After they asked my mother if she was alright while I’ll was in the fitting room, I decided to get one pair of jeans and leave. We go to check out and we tell the cashier (black girl with curly hair) that we no longer wanted the flip flops that were on sale for $2.99. She says alright and we lay them on the counter, after she rings up the jeans which cost $50.00. She loudly yells where are the flip flops as if we had slid them in our purse while she turned around. We pointed showing her they were right over there no one has touched them. Never said thank you or have a good day, and quite frankly we were the only customers in the entire store buying anything. Between this girl and the team lead/manager (short haired brunette) watching and questioning us that night, I would never shop at this location or again. After we left I took my money right over to TJMaxx and Burlington. Because in reality I needed two whole outfits for two separate work trips that involve me going overseas. Old Navy lost that business."
