"This place has a reputation for poor service, but in my overall dealings with them over the years the customer service has been good. I think the negative reputation stems from acts of management outside of the post office. Stockton is a small town and is lucky to have a post office. That does not justify poor service, yet I can empathize with those who feel that is what they receive here."
