"Very dirty. I checked in, stayed for about an hour, then left, and went to a different hotel. I won't be back."

"Hotel overall I'm pleased with. Since the first day I got here I paid $528. The next week was a different amount. The next week was $420. Paid that amount for another 2 weeks then I was tax free which the amount is supposed to go down but they are charging me the same amount and nobody can't tell me why it's not going doing unless you raised the room rate to still get the same amount. It's not just me, it's my friend out here working too. Called guest services and they don't have an answer and said they would get back with me within 48 hours and no call yet. It's the lowest price hotel that's close to where I'm working but if it was another hotel around the same price I'd be gone!!!!!"

"Completely dirty and disgusting!!! Got to the hotel around 6:30pm on 10/06/2023 and immediately felt a strong smell of cigarettes all over the place. Check-in and got room #238 which was the last room of the hallway. Opened the room door and this strong odor of dogs came to my nose. It smelled like a canil. I was willing to let it go but when I was getting undressed for my shower I noticed dozens and dozens of fleas jumping all over the place!!! That's right: FLEAS! Not a few but hundreds! I dressed myself, got my belongings and left the place feeling sick."

"When checking in the person took forever giving me a room. There were a few rooms still dirty at midnight. Our room was ok. You could tell the end tables didn't get wiped down."

"This is by far the most disgusting, filthy, hotel I've ever stayed in, and I don't say that lightly. It was bad enough with the plumbing not working correctly (bent fixture would not allow water to run into bathtub), the filthy carpet and kitchen, peeling tile on the floor away from tub, and significant wear, but when I was packing to leave and the sheet slipped off the corner of the mattress, I found A LOT OF nasty, filthy human residue on the mattress cover. I pulled the sheet off the second bed, and as you can see in the photos, it had the same issue. On the way out, in the elevator, I saw a cockroach. I called corporate, filed a complaint and emailed them these photos. They said someone would call me within 24 hours, which never happened, nor have I heard anything in three weeks. This is no accident or lapse of the cleaning staff. This is known and sanctioned. I would rather sleep in my car."
