"Do not use Dr. Jon Rosser. I had a proceed with him back in 2020 at the beginning of the Covid epidemic. He and his nurses that worked on me were extremely rude. I was nervous and did not know what to expect. As they are about to wheel me back to the operating room, they tell me that I will be getting an epidural. This was the first time I heard anything about receiving one. There are other events that took place that day in the operating room that were unprofessional. I do not know about any of the other doctors at the facility, but I would not suggest Dr. Jon Rosser to anyone."

"Dr Dean has been amazing. She was able to communicate with me and bring my anxiety level down significantly. I was honestly a little hesitant in seeing a female proctologist, kinda like a woman seeing a male gynecologist may be. My primary Doctor, who is female, highly recommend Dr Dean, so I decided to put my unfounded embarrassment and awkwardness aside and see her. I am so glad I did. I really felt like Dr Dean was able to effectively communicate with me and I felt like she genuinely cared about me and my health. I didn't feel like I was just another number. She was able to ease all my fears, and walk me through the whole process before doing anything. I quickly felt more comfortable and felt like I had found the right doctor.
