"I assisted the remodeling celebration Saturday, December 3 in Indianapolis, and I made sure to be there at 1 for the grand prize giveaway but when I was there the lady on the front kept saying she didn't know anything about it, then Isaiah, the "manager/trainer" help me and I signed up but when asking about the giveaway he said I was already on it for signing in but it was not for a one year membership (like I remembered) but earphones an B&B Works gift card, since I forgot the flyer at home couldn't tell if they where lying but when I got home, to my surprise they where lying. After that, Isaiah didn't show up for my first training session wich I confirmed by text but he never care to let me know he was not gonna be there, so I cancel my membership for obvious reason but never got my money back, sent couple emails but never got an answer, long story short, don't believe their false advertisement, they just wanna get your money. And the evening front lady doesn't know anything about the gym and does not use it either."
