"Package has been sitting at the same hub since the original sender dropped it off. (4th day it’s been like that) they’re just lazy."

"If it were possible to give this post office and it’s sad excuse for postal workers zero stars I would. I don’t even live here, but to hear the stories from my mom is absolutely ridiculous. With the upcoming busy season, my mom will be having her packages sent to my house in TN to make sure they aren’t damaged or left on the ground in the rain."

"If you need any type of assistance, you will not receive that here. In fact, you will receive nothing but rudeness from the woman working in the front. She should not be working with the public. I would not even give her 1 star."

"My mailbox is jammed because obviously the 3 packages that came in yesterday were delivered to my mailbox instead of my doorstep!!! I can’t get my mailbox open at all. I live in an apartment complex and we have a mailbox with a key!!! Also we’ve gotten other things delivered that shouldn’t have been bent up and they were and I’ve never ever complained about that ever!!! I am furious right now. I know one of y’all’s carriers who would have taken them to my porch but I haven’t seen her in awhile. So whoever is delivering mail right now was too lazy to drive over to my apartment and bring the packages and I live downstairs!!!"

"In the entire time I've lived in the service area of Killen Post office I have been amazed at the new levels of disappointment I can have at government employees. I am convinced that my mail carrier is driving intoxicated. They swerve off road while driving, deliver articles to completely the wrong house, and routinely strike objects on MY property. The employees of this entity have cost me time, money, and aggravation at their negligence. Don't be bothered to try to call and report it. There must be such an influx of complaint calls that they have simply taken the phone off of the receiver. I didn't even know people still did that. Please also see today's incident. I have video of my carrier driving over my garbage can in MY Driveway, spilling it's contents, and driving away. TLDR: Carriers are dangerous and office doesn't answer the phone."
