"Requested a special funeral spray for my mother’s service and they tried to argue with me that “it wasn’t done for cremations and I should get a basket or vase.” If that’s what I had wanted, then I would have asked for it. I paid $200.00. The spray was for a special purpose. No water vials. Flowers at the top and bottom were slighted wilted upon delivery as if to put the bad flowers out of sight. Brought it home to use for family gathering. Didn’t last more than the day it was received. Was told water vials had to be requested."
