"This place is horrible!! You can’t get in touch with them, it goes straight to a busy signal. The woman that delivers our mail is rude and can’t drive. She doesn’t care about people’s packages either. If anyone is parked even 8ft away from the mailbox she will leave a note saying next time she will not leave our mail because she has to get out of her car. When it’s raining she will throw packages onto people’s front porch from her car. In the past four months she has delivered our packages to the wrong address, once to our neighbors and twice to a lady about 6 houses up the street. This has been going on way too long!! Something has got to be done, it’s been at least 6 years!!!"

"Delivery carrier throws packages out of her window when it’s raining. Packages with expensive items. Customer service is a joke when packages are marked delivered but they aren’t in the mailbox with other packages so I know it wasn’t stolen. The carrier did not put the package In the mailbox, however the main issue is throwing boxes."

"our Last mailbox was bent and broken from the mail person hitting it. Replaced it with a new one and not even a week later the same thing, bent and the little lip handle it’s fixing to fall off."
