She has delivered the wrong mail on an almost weekly basis, she drives like she is the only one on the road, talks on her phone and smokes all the time, and today she felt the need to leave a box out in the weather instead of the table and chairs that she agreed to leave boxes on. Complaining does absolutely nothing. Enough is enough."

"I spent over $30 on gifts to a friend in this area and more than $30 to ship it to this friend. I have been watching the tracking for over a week and it has been sitting at this post office for a few days now. Now the tracking is saying that they are waiting for a delivery scan. I am beyond frustrated with how long it is taking them to get one little package to someone after I spent so much to ensure it's arrival. If I ever have to mail something in this town again, I will be sure to use FedEx or UPS...not their postal service. DELIVER THE PACKAGE I PAID OVER $30 TO SEND TO A NICE PERSON WHO DESERVES A LITTLE HAPPINESS!"

I live in Florence and make the drive to Muscle Shoals for the friendly service. Truly a model of what a Post Office should be."
