"In the past I have purchased several doors with great results. Recently I made a large purchase of over 40 doors and several hundred pieces of trim. The service was excellent and most importantly the quality of the doors was simply outstanding. The interior doors are 1-3/4” thick and the jambs are one piece rabbited assemblies. "Ordered a door from them and paid over $6,800. Called them on five separate occasions where they told me they would call me back by the end of the day in regards to shipment of my door before finally being told that they couldn't find it. Was offered a replacement door but only if I paid an additional $1,500. In three decades of building I have never met with worse customer service. Would absolutely not recommend. This door was going to be the key feature on a large cabin build I'm completing now it's become the biggest problem of the entire build"

"In 3 steps, I changed every door in my house. Red Mahogany on the exterior doors and red oak on the interior doors. They could not have been made better. I lost some hinge spacers and Nicks sent me a new hinge right away. I’m going with a double door with side panels next to replace a patio door. Great Company, Great Product"
