From initial contact with our Designer, Megan, we knew this was a company that put their best foot forward. Megan brought our dream kitchen to life with her excellent design and always made us feel like we were her only client when we most certainly were not. When our project started, which was a first floor remodel, master bath and master bedroom remodel, we met our Project Manager, Jeff. If you’re lucky enough to have Jeff lead your project, just know you have someone amazing on your side. He is a leader with a long career in his field of expertise and will take ownership of your project. He eased so many of our fears and guided us knowledgeably though the remodel process. We feel incredibly lucky to have had him on our team and will ask for him on future projects. There are so many others that made our project go smoothly from carpenters and the demo crew, each going above and beyond with care and attention to detail. It would be unreasonable to expect zero mistakes or hiccups with a project of this size, however, the way our Project Manager handled them was what was important to us. We always felt Chateau Kitchens was on our side and had our best interests at heart. "Chateau Kitchens and Remodeling recently completed a beautiful Master Bath remodel for me, along with some additional work in the Master Bedroom. It was a project I’d wanted to do for a long time and if I’d known how seamless Chateau made the entire process, I’d have done it sooner. From the moment I met with my designer, Nicole, I knew I’d selected the right company. She came to my home, assessed the existing and dated space, listened to my ideas, asked questions, took pictures and a few weeks later had a very professional presentation that incorporated everything I had asked for. She guided me throughout the selection processes, accompanied me to various vendors, texted and emailed me suggestions and pictures, conferred with me on even the smallest details, and stopped in often to check on the project. She turned my vision into a reality! Early in my remodel, Chateau had a walk-through with their various tradespeople. Each one assessed their portion of the project, and they too, listened to my ideas, asked questions, and offered suggestions. I really appreciated that part of the process. It made me even more confident that Chateau was the ideal company to complete my project. Once the remodel project actually began, my amazing Project Manager, Mark, took charge. His professional, yet easy-going manner inspired confidence that it all would go smoothly, and it did. Mark kept me informed every step of the way. He arrived every morning to meet with and introduce me to the various tradespeople and would come back almost every afternoon to check on the progress, make sure materials had been delivered, and to be sure the spaces had been cleaned up. He was respectful of my time, was quick to respond to my texts, easily dealt with the few “surprises” that came up, showed me how everything worked and was a reassuring presence throughout. I couldn’t have done this without him. I would, without hesitation, request to have Nicole and Mark on my “team” for any future projects. Every single Chateau person that I came in contact with, from the delivery guys and runners, to the carpenters, to the support team was professional and personable. They’re all like one big family. I had requested and hoped that my project would be completed by Thanksgiving and my BIG milestone birthday…it was finished three weeks beforehand and I couldn’t be happier with the final results. "We had such a great experience with Chateau. Our 90's kitchen needed a lot of help. Megan took our vision and made it a reality. She really listened to what we wanted and immediately picked up on our overall style aesthetic. Not only did she translate our words and random Pinterest pictures into a beautiful, cohesive design but came back with things we hadn't even considered - like moving the doorway from the hall to create even more functionality. Once construction kicked off it was much more seamless than we anticipated. They did a great job of creating barriers to contain the dust as much as possible. Working with Paul was fantastic - he was constantly keeping us up to date with the schedule, who was coming and doing what, questions on placement of items, etc. He took so much of the stress away from us as he corralled all the different people, deliveries, etc. Also, his extreme attention to detail was so appreciated and delighted my husband. We loved what they were doing so much that we decided to add on a fireplace remodel as well which they easily accommodated. Now we are left with a completed project, and we cannot believe we get to call this kitchen ours. Do not hesitate to hire them if you are looking to remodel - you will not regret it!"
