"I had been here before for Krowne faucet parts in the past so I decided to return. A nice young gentleman helped me at the counter locate the right part I needed and started my order. He then politely told me that we (my employer) was a COD (pay as you go) account. I had thought my employer had a PO account with zesco and started calling around my company to get some answers. It was at this moment an older man came to the counter. He had gotten impatient with me and told me in a nasty tone that they've always been COD (pay as you go). Now I don't know for sure but I may have had someone from my company pay and order my parts last time but it has been about a year since my last visit. I told the guy I'm gonna have to take my business elsewhere. I came to this decision because at this point the guy was too rude for me to really want to put any effort in getting any credit card info. He continued to be rude and say nasty things as I walked out the store. Good luck staying in business with treating people like this, because I'll never get anything from this place again. Not personally nor professionally. Shout out to the young man at the counter that helped me. He should go to economy supply across the street or some other counter sales job."

"Any kitchen, commercial or otherwise, would benefit from stopping on in here. They have some great must-have items and plenty of things that you just will never find in a standard store. A great example is my sister has a huge cooking pan that she had to special order a long time ago. While in there, we saw one! If you have a need just check it out! You may save yourself the future headache. They have some parking, which isn't always a guarantee downtown; that makes it more accessible for sure. Everyone I talked to there was very helpful and accommodating."
