"I visited this doctor back in October for a DOT physical. Dr. Shah is the doctor who performed my physical. Dr. Shah put an expiration date 2 months later on the paperwork which DOT’s are good for 2 years. So, upon my surprise after receiving a call from my place of employment 6 months later telling me I will need another DOT physical done I begin to investigate. I called Dr. Shah’s office who could not even find my physical and told me I didn’t have a physical done at their office. So I call my primary physician who is affiliated with the same organization gives me the details of my physical and where I had it done which was Dr. Shah’s office. Also, they tell me that there is no notation of why it was set to expire less than 60 days. Usually in this case they notate a complication in your health. I call Dr Shah office back and talk to a different person that locates my file. She goes to tell me that she doesn’t see a reason why it expired on the date he suggested and that there should be some kind of reason why? I told her that I have high blood pressure and maybe that is the reason. She puts me on hold, comes back and said she talked to Dr. Shah and he said that is the reason. She then tells me that he said if I get a letter from my primary physician stating that I’m in his care and on blood pressure medicine that he would change the expiration date to the correct 2 years that a DOT is good for. I do these things they ask me to, show up at his office and then they tell me that I will have to get another DOT physical at the cost of $75.00. It is not about the money it is about time. My time is just as important as theirs and they could have told me that over the phone before having me run to 2 different places to get forms for them to read that they already knew from my visit with them. This doctors office is money hungry and cares nothing about their patients. I wouldn’t use this doctor for anything for he is only looking to make money off you."

"Can never reach a person in the office. I called and left messages regarding my sons medication, never got a call back. Never met him while my son was in the NICU. My son had to be hospitalized and he made out like it was completely my fault because he ran out of medication even though I had reached out and out pediatrician had reached out. We did have to reschedule an appointment but our car broke down or we would have been there."

"Dr. Shah really takes the time to talk with his patients and see what's going on with them. He is genuinely concerned with your health and overall well-being! He will talk with you and explain in terms you can understand. In my experience, the wait time is very minimal, if any, which is certainly a PLUS!!!"
