"Will not answer phone"

"I went to their office in Carbon Hill, AL and was told they would need all my records from my previous primary before they could see me. I filled out all the necessary paperwork for release of those records. They said they would call once the records were received. Two weeks went by...Nothing. Three weeks...Nothing! I called to find out about my records to be told they were sent to the Jasper office. I called the Jasper office and was told I would have to contact the office in Carbon Hill. They were rude and hung up on me. I contacted the office of my previous Dr and was told the paperwork was faxed the following day after receiving the request, but then told me they would send them again that day. It has now been 8 months and I never received a call from their office. I can't tell you about Pettus since I never got to see her. But the office staff acts like you're an inconvenience. I was the only person in the reception room that day and was treated horrible. I found another primary in Jasper that would see me without records right away."
