"Customer service can be at times hit or miss but Leslie's helped end my algae-pool woes with a simple conversation with one of their employees after much money thrown away on chemicals ... he asked me when was the last time I had my sand in the filter changed. Since then algae has been a problem of the past. I was so grateful to him helping me fix my problem. Today I saw him again for the first time in a while and he was just as helpful and informative and did not try to even sell me any products after I tested my water"

"I went in to purchase a net for my pool cleaner because the one I had broke. Dan the sales associate for the day (May 19, 2018) asked me for my name then my email address to look me up. I informed him that I was in a hurry very nicely. He started typing away saying "slow down, take your time" talking to himself. He then said I'm locked out and wouldn't be able to do my transaction. He also said it with a smile on his face like he was happy that he wasn't able to assist me. I asked if anyone else was the to check me out and he said no. Dan did not try to provide me with a solution or even apologize."

"I've bought two dolphins from Leslie's in the past. Loved the dolphins. They've both quit over time. I went in to purchase a new dolphin and was sold a Polaris 825. I brought it home excited to use it. This thing was terrible. Didn't clean the pool at all. Pool wasn't that dirty either. Had recently used some sink and sweep so it just needed a light vacuum. This thing didn't cover the entire pool over the course of approximately 8 or more cycles..I started it in different areas of the pool each time as well and still didn't clean the pool..I call to return it. They tell me there's a 15% restocking fee.. that's going to be $150. They say bring it in and they would work with me..I bring it in and nothing just charge the fee, never offer to try and substitute anything or work with me as they promised..even told them the item was defective and wasn't my fault. So basically this overpriced junk they sold they just made money off of and will turn around and sell.it again to someone else for almost new price and when they return it , will get charged the same restocking fee. I've been a customer of this place for years and bought alot of things from them , but this will be the last time I ever do business with this shady lying joke of a business again. I hope everyone else learns and quits buying this places overpriced junk as well."
