"Like to come to this park when I want a different location. I live a few miles away. Nice gravel walkway if you are tired of stomping on concrete pavement. The facilities/resources include a full outdoor basketball court, dip bars, swings and kids corner(slides Playland stuff). I go mostly for the gravel walkway so I can walk or jog etc. During the day there is always walkers and joggers."
"The park was clean, equipment was in good shape. We wiped down *you know Covid protocols* all the playground handles and swings, etc. The walking track was in good shape. Kids water sprinkler was on...thank goodness... it was 89° They could use a public restroom (but I get why it was closed). We went early. The teens show up in the afternoon, after school."
"Awesome for kids of all ages!! We will be back and a great walk trail!!"
"I learned that this park has a small memorial contributed to the black CPD officer. A great spot to go for a walk. I love seeing the elders play basketball. No vulgar language whenever I go. Good place for children to learn about core strength. They have a walking group that wears orange and they walk and stretch and are very nice. I give it 5 stars. No pool, no Tennis court. Bathrooms may be locked."
"It's a decent park that was updated with a bit more for the children to do to include a little water works for the hot weather. The basketball courts stay busy and there are walkers out at various times. I do take issue with some of the people that park their cars and lurk or squat on benches and you don't know their intentions around children or anyone else for that matter."
