Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Wayne, an IHG Hotel

"I have been a member for a long time and been to many Holiday Inns across the country. This one unfortunately seems neglected. My rooms shower faucet didn’t turn off because it was bent and ran consistently, bathroom had existing hair around it that was for sure was there before me. The bathroom ceiling light was rusted and tiles stained from water puddling, the refrigerator rattled loud in operation so unplugged it, and the heater was rattling and clicking in operation. This is the first ever review in many years of a loyal member. The facility was fairly current design, but seems very neglected and not well maintained and cleaned."

"Up here from Chicago for AAU games, Holiday Inn real good care for us while we are here. Car trouble and we needed another night and they stuck with our original price. Hey, and the breakfast was beautiful delicious. We appreciate it IHG."

"Convenient location in a quiet area. The room was clean and everything worked. Breakfast was the usual hotel staples, and the coffee was hot (always a good thing). The only thing I found lacking was the vent in the bathroom - there wasn’t an automated one, so any humidity from showering took a while to dissipate. I’d stay here again if/when traveling to the area."

"Everything was fine and perfectly clean at this hotel which to me, is the most important. The front desk staff was also extremely friendly. The only big downsides was that the pool (the whole reason for our trip since our 7 year old birthday girl just wanted to swim for her bday) was cold for being indoors. The thermostat in the pool area said the air was 84 and the pool was 76 but there was no way the air was that warm. There was also a broken ladder on the deep end side and about half the jets didn't work in the hot tub. It's time for them to put some money back into the pool area in my opinion. Our breakfast was also below expectations. The biscuits were under cooked and the turkey sausage appeared that way too but I was too scared to get it. And the fruit selection was very limited, only apples and bananas, and too ripe. So like I said, everything was "fine" but below our expectations."

"The pool was clean and my minis had fun. Also very clean rooms and extra towels so overall it was a pleasant experience. Can’t forget to mention the AMAZING breakfast"
