"This hotel was a major disappointment. Had a pullout couch (that was needed) with no sheets, blankets, or pillows. Then, I went down for breakfast at 9:25 the next morning. They were completely out of eggs. Mind you, the breakfast ends at 10:00. When I asked the cook she said they were out. Personally, I find it hard to believe they were out."

"I stayed here because it said pet friendly and I am here for work in Fort Wayne. Large manufacturing plant visiters read this!. I stay in a lot of hotels , this was the worst. I brought my little dog with me for a 3 night stay on the 2nd night I was chased down and screamed at by the desk agent Victor who blocked the elevator door because he wanted to know my room number just incase my dog was not registered. I registered my dog when I checked in. He threatened to kick me out and held open the elevator door screaming! I will never stay Hilton again and if you travel a lot for a large US company with a large manufacturing plant in Fort Wayne do not say here! I really felt scared for my life. Never again! I cannot express enough had I been a 6ft man over 200lbs this guy would not went there and it scared me why he wanted my room number over a Chihuahua!"

"My wife and I are Fort Wayne natives and moved away 3-1/2 years ago but come back quite often to visit our kids and grandkids. This was our third stay here since September 30, 2023 and pretty much identical experience each time…none of which have been good. Each of the three stays, at least one of the shower dispensers (body wash, shampoo, conditioner) were completely empty. This time two were COMPLETELY empty (shampoo and conditioner). When I went down to the front desk to get shampoo and conditioner refills, I waited around five minutes for a front desk clerk and when she came around the corner it was quite apparent she did not want to be there. She said nothing to greet me and had a scowled expression on here face. She literally just stared at me and said nothing. Finally I told her that I needed shampoo and conditioner. She went and got some, handed them to me, and never said a word to me. Each of the three stays the bathroom sink drained very slowly and this stay did not drain at all. Shower had lots of mold/mildew. Doritos crumbs on the bathroom floor (not from us). After the first stay in September, I emailed the GM and he was very apologetic and credited out points for the stay. Because of his gesture to try and make amends for our poor stay, we stayed again for seven nights in mid-November. The room we had that stay was not any better than the first stay. Sadly, the third time was not a charm (this stay)."

"Mike at front desk is literally crazy. Refused to help switch rooms, refused to check me out. Started threatening me verbally so I started videoing him and called the police when he attempted to physically assault me. On video I have him coming around the counter to attack me and the female manager is shown grabbing him around the waist to stop him. I was called racist for no reason while he repeatedly referenced white power. I looked him up after because of how scary he was and he has a history of domestic battery and stalking. Lied about absolutely everything when officers arrived. Complete narcissist and unsafe for solo female travelers."

"Really loved my stay here. The room was newly remodeled and very nice. I'll be back soon!"
