"I have bought mattresses from them several times now. The mattresses are good quality and affordable. The people there are very nice. I would recommend them."
"I go here to pick up online orders from Wish and am very grateful that this business offers service. I enjoy visiting with the very friendly business owner lady when I pick up my orders."
"Very friendly and efficient and I am happy to have a local place to be able to pick up my Wish items."
"Elvia was very helpful and answered my questions about the differences in the mattress choices available. She told me if there is anything else I needed to call and she would help me get the right furniture I wanted."
"This is very long, but worth the read. Today was the worse customer experience I've had in 53 years and really shouldn't get a star at all. I tried to call this store 2x to see if they sold bunky boards, left msgs, no response. So, I went in on July 3, 2017 and expressed my concern that I never got a call back and was greeted by a nice young lady who explained that the answering machine was not working. I was there to purchase a $100.00 (approximate) bunky board for a friend who was deathly ill, at the time and in the midst of moving. Maybe a week or more had gone by when the store called during my work hours (when my cell phone is on silent mode) to say the board was in. I didn’t call back. They did the same, at least 2 more times, but they say 5x. Only the phone log would know the "truth". Because I didn't know the answering machine was working, if I didn't call before they closed, I didn't call at all. I forgot all about the board until I found the receipt in my purse a few weeks ago. I returned the receipt to my friend on Tuesday, November 21 to see if she could have her brother pick it up as I didn't think it would fit in my small SUV. Today, November 22, around 2:45p, my friend sends her friend to pick it up (using the receipt) all to be told that he couldn't because his name wasn't on the receipt and it had been since July 3. He and the lady exchanged words and the conversation got very ugly. He left. My friend called me, I called to store, gave my name and inquired if the guy was still there and if he could pick it up and was told the store called 5x and I never returned the call. I immediately said, I called 2x and was told the answering machine didn't work. By this time, the lady got defensive and wouldn't let me get a word in. I talked loudly to try to talk over her, but she got louder, so I hushed to let her finish. She said what she had to say and hung up on me. When I called right back, she wouldn't answer the phone. So, I left a message to explain how rude she was and asked could I get another board. I really didn’t know what had become of the board because she kept referencing some 90 day hold policy that wasn't on my receipt. So, after about 30 minutes, I went to the store, but the door was locked, so my god-daughter and I began to knock, no response. As I was searching for the number to call the store, a lady (soon found out it was the same rude lady I talked to) came and unlocked the door. I was coming in peace to find out what to do to get the board. I asked if the manager was available, she said she was the manager; I thought, oh my!!! I politely asked if I could have her attention to talk, but she was moving around, touching mattresses, as if she was going to do something with them and said no, I could talk while she moved about the store. Who does that???? Anywho, she began to rehearse the whole episode of my not calling back, 4 months passed, I didn't call to tell them someone else was picking up....the conversation was escalating again, but I was determined not to raise my voice and praying that I could peacefully resolve this matter. She called me a liar because I said I called, but didn't; I agreed and apologized, asked for forgiveness and she said, "I don't need your apology and I should be ashamed to teach my god-daughter to lie." I couldn't believe what was happening!!! All of that chaos and the board was right there in the store. I hurried to get it and myself out as quickly as possible to avoid calling the police of which she said she didn't care who I called. I wasn't prepared to drive about 7 miles with a board on top of my small SUV, but the Lord helped us. Conclusion: If you're going to treat people like that, move your business to another country and treat your people like that, but we don't have to patronize businesses that have zero customer service skills. I will NEVER purchase anything from this store and will tell others the same. So, humiliating. My only regret, I didn't record it because she has a version that would be totally different than the video. Buy at your own risk!!"
