"Terrible place. The employee I dealt with denied them having my package for 5 straight days. Would not listen to me or let me speak. Kept saying the package wasn't scanned as received, even though I told her I was sitting and looking at the verification that they had scanned it last Thursday as received. Just refused to listen or help me. Very rude on the phone. I was left with no choice and forced to call corporate. As soon as corporate put me on hold and called the location for me, my package (which I was told 3 minutes earlier wasn't there) magically appeared. I go there to pick up my package because I have no intention of letting them keep it any longer and was met with rudeness again. I was given a paper showing that the package had in fact gotten there 5 days earlier just as the tracking showed it did. They were just too lazy to go get it. I paid for priority shipping and they had no intention of getting it onto a truck anytime soon. Its one thing to be rude, lazy, and disorganized; but if it takes a call to your corporate office to get you to do your job you have no business having that job. I don't know who is in charge here, but of the 3 employees I saw it didn't appear that any of them were working or had any intention of doing so. Nothing Express about this place. If I could help it, nobody would do business here. There are far more "final mile" services which are way better than this place."

"This is by far the worst location. It has been poorly managed for a long time and there have been many favorite cards played. There are a few employees who are disgustingly unprofessional and a few are kind. A good company takes care of their employees and the customers, however, this location fails at both. It is a complete embarrassment of a shipping and logistics company."

"worked for this company and it was ran horribly. The supervisors over each section tried their best but they're all underpaid, understaffed, and no one took care of them. When customers would get upset, the company would throw their employees to the wolves. This is a terribly ran company and I have no idea why anyone would use this place."

"I was a warehouse supervisor here an. I really have nothing good to say about the company. Everyone is underpaid from staff to drivers. Branch manager likes to play games an start confusion she has no idea how to run a branch. Corporate doesn't care about the employees. You are told you have to take vacation time or you will lose it but when you put your time in it always gets denied. Worst company i have ever worked for by far. Be aware."

"This is by far the most poorly run company I have ever worked for, from the very top, to the bottom, the people in management have no idea what it means to be a leader, they treat the drivers like they're stupid. If you apply here be prepared to get screwed on virtually every pay check you get, and be ready to be blamed for the mismanagement of those in in charge. They lure you in with the idea of how much money you can make, but after you pay your expenses you really don't make much. Saying its like a 3 ring circus would be an understatement. I wouldn't recommend this job to my worst enemy."
