"My pick up order was set to be available at 7pm. Went to pick it up and it was not ready. I questioned management only to be told there were 2 workers available as if that was my fault. After 2 trips made back to only get turned around, I started to call only to be hung up on several times. Terrible customer service and poor management!!!!! I still do not have my paid for in advance pick up order. It is now 9:17 pm. January 18, 2023"
