"I paid for over night shipping and that was Friday and it's Monday and I still haven't received my package"
"I use to prefer to use UPS but for a while I've had problems with UPS..I think the problem is UPS in Mobile Alabama. They can't seem to deliver my packages to me for some reason or another. Once my package arrives in Mobile, there's a 50/50 chance it will get delivered. This is pathetic! I'm not sure what the problem is at the Whistler facility but my packages seem to flow from the destination they are sent from without any problem...until the packages reach Mobile,Al. I have no such problem with getting my packages with FedEx."
"They lost my package!!!! They don't even tell you if the package has been lost. Once I keep tracking it, it says "on the way" but really it is lost. Customer service SUCKS!!!!! Now I have to go through this process all over AGAIN!!!!"
"My package spent nearly three days at this facility without any updates as to why it was delayed. When it finally arrived at my home, I was disappointed to discover (no less than 5 minutes after it's arrival) my package was empty, all merchandise missing, and carelessly delivered to my home in that condition by the driver. Did I initially suspect "porch pirates"? Yes, BUT they usually take the WHOLE box and don't attempt to tape it back up (living in a gated community has always been a deterrent for "porch pirates"). I believe the theft took place either A) at this facility or B) along the driver's route. The driver is complicit in my opinion because he or she delivered the package despite it being under the registered weight."
"Package was not delivered to our door. Left at the end of the driveway. Also when the driver left. They drove through our yard instead of backing up. Even though there are blocks set so they wouldn’t do that. I spend a lot of time, effort, money to keep up with my yard. And to have a UPS driver drive through it is irritating"
