"Very excited to write this review. I bought two high end bikes here that were not suited for what my wife and I do...Had them a couple of weeks. I called them to tell them I (through my own ignorance) bought the wrong bikes and was wondering if he could help us. Chris and the sales people at Bicycle Cove never hesitated and told me to bring them in that they only wanted me happy. I bought two Treks that are perfect for my needs and wound up buying a great bike rack called a Kuat. Couldn't have been happier with the service and they didn't even charge me a restocking fee! They tuned up my family's other bikes without charging me when I was in the time before. I like my money to stay with local businesses and this is one business you will not be sorry patronizing.
