"First, I ordered a Garrison 12000 BTU 115v through-the-wall air conditioner. What I received was a Garrison 14000 BTU 230v air conditioner. I sent it back and re-ordered a Garrison 12000 BTU 115v air conditioner. What I received was a Midea 12000 BTU 115v air conditioner. I should have sent it back, but I had it installed. Within days, it was defective for several reasons, and I had to yank it out of the wall, box it back up with duct tape (I had saved the box) and send it back to get my refund. Then I re-ordered a Garrison 12000 BTU 115v air conditioner. Once again, I received a Midea 12000 BTU 115v air conditioner. I sent it back as well and then just gave up trying to procure a Garrison air conditioner from Edge Supply."
