"Don’t bother with this company, called multiple times and was promised “Chad” was coming to see my pool and provide an estimate for the repair project. He never showed and firs doe doesn’t seem like he wants to do anything at all. If they can not even bother to honor their word to show up for an estimate why let them build anything for you? Good chance they’ll never show up when you really need them. Guy answering the phone was nice and apologetic but what good does that do? Chads wife was nice and took all my info and pictures but again that just wasted my time. I called in the winter, not the busy season, and over 3 months I’d call weekly and half the time they forgot what I was calling about. Don’t be a victim of this company’s apathy and disrespect."
