"A professional company to do Great business with for ALL logistics needs!"
"Absolutely terrible company. I had a delivery scheduled on a Friday. When the driver arrived, they give me a package with the wrong name and address. When I drew their attention to this, they took it back and said the right package would be delivered on Monday. Monday came and went with no package. It then took me calling twice a day for a week for them to finally organize the delivery of the correct package, which they had originally delivered to the wrong house."
"I ordered a daybed from World Market. It was delivered by Pilot Services to Quick Delivery Services. I called them to set up a delivery date and time. They were supposed to give me a courtesy call thirty minutes prior to delivery. I only received 15 minute courtesy call, but that’s not the problem. Apparently, they do not deliver to second or third floor because of a liability issue. What delivery service only delivers to the first floor!?!? That makes no sense! At no point in time when I scheduled my COUCH to be delivered did they inform me of this policy. Then the driver proceeds to ask if I want to reschedule? For what? Y’all will never deliver it to my front door, so what’s the point of you all holding on to it?!? This is the worst delivery service. Please do not use them."
"all the 5-star reviews literally say they work here. This is the single worst delivery company I have ever encountered. I returned a call to schedule a delivery. Everyone I talked to said "Okay?" and wouldn't let me schedule and gave me the run around. The employees are forced to post positive reviews but they hate this company, they hate working for it, and they hate the customers. They must be the low bidder because I can't fathom why else anyone uses them."
"Google needs to add a star, one that is (-⭐) because this company , Coastal Service Express also known as Quick delivery Express are unreliable, their staff is rude and they need a lesson on " Customer Service". Their website page lies, they state their customer service line answers 24/7 " This is an all out lie". I had to press #0 for an emergency just to talk to a man that was rude and uneducated on the business he works for, package late as was the last one, yet your given a date and time of expected delivery. You schedule your day around them only to be disappointed your package didn't arrive. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" ! This company gives good hotshot driving companies a bad name."
