Days Inn by Wyndham Indianapolis South

"Slow, slow check in process. Rep was friendly enough, but only after I was. That was the best part of my visit and it was all downhill from there. There was a lot of noise from the other guests The whole time. The room was absolutely filthy. Someone had left a pair of dirty jeans hanging up in the bathroom, which looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The ceiling was caving in and the faucet in the dirty tub was broken. There was one roll of toilet paper and one empty roll. The bed didn't have a fitted sheet, just a top sheet and blanket. The walls and floors and counters were dirty. There were a couple of dead bugs on the floor and one in the light fixture dome. Yuck. There was an unfortunate homeless man going through the garbage can outside of my room. He finished putting things in his shopping cart and then walked up the stairs to the second floor to look in the trash up there. I wouldn't stay there again."

"They didn't have our room ready well after check in time, so we decided to attend our event and come back to our room later that night. The maid had left our door wide open and lights on. This was at 2 am. The shower wall had a bunch of hair on it. Our sheet had spots of blood. There was barely any toilet paper that they left for us. There was no breakfast as was advertised. Only a coffee machine in the lobby. Staff was reasonably polite. The distance to downtown and price were good. But I definitely wouldn't recommend staying there."

"Do not stay here. Attempted to check in at 6:00, 3 hours after check in was allowed. Told us our room wouldn’t be cleaned for another 20 minutes. Came back after attending event by 1:00 am. Our door was wide open with no one inside. It was like 90 degrees, stunk. Upon inspection, there was blood stains on the covers, hair all over the shower walls, no toilet paper, little miscellaneous food chunks everywhere. AC is extremely loud. Lot of suspicious characters walking around that area. Only reason I considered giving this place 2 stars is because I didn’t see any bugs, but based off of other reviews it seems as though there is. Pretty sure there’s a Holiday Inn or something next door, go there instead."

"I do not usually complain about businesses but this was my absolute worst experience with a hotel.. first room that they gave me had skid marks in the toilet, no toilet paper, bathtub looked like someone just gave a dog a bath, bedspread had stains, no soap at sinks or tub.. asked for another room.. SECOND ROOM... bugs on the toilet seat, dead bugs all over, one half roll of toilet paper, stuff shoved in kitchen sink, bathroom sink next to kitchen sink still gross, TV wouldn't turn on, onion peels in fridge, again no soap just hair conditioner... my final straw is when the bugs that could be or were cockroaches came out.. on the wall and bathroom floor. I went to the front desk to ask for a refund.. note on the door be back in 5 minutes and lobby locked. A guy came out and said he would get someone.. 10 minutes later you could hear them but they refused to talk to me. I called and they hung up on me twice recognizing my 616 area code. I left and went to LaQuinta.. my room is clean, twice the size, toilet paper, TV that works, and the two ladies at the front desk were very sincere and helpful."
