"I do not usually write reviews - unless service is excellent or sub-par. Austin and Edward were way beyond excellent today! I drove from out of town with a Trek Domane with some serious issues. I left with a bike that was back in pristine condition. I also did a test ride on the Trek Domane+. What a fun bike to ride. It will be my next bike. Thank you guys so much! I have found my go to shop!"

"Don’t go here. I have not had a better experience from a bike shop ever, I drive 80 miles one way. Past other shops update to fallow tap review for update. Update. They ordered my new cassette directly from Shimano, told me in next week. 2 weeks later still not in. Ordered one myself and already have it for a lot less money. They removed parts from my bike which I didn’t notice until home. I called them, they said they were sure they were just cosmetic. So. Their mine. They said they would ship them to me. The shipped half the part of each part. Never again will I go their !!!! EVER !"
