"I will never ship anything by UPS ever, and I have plans to let everyone I know to not ship with UPS. The store lady Terninal POS5434B, Employee 203707 changed my shipping boxes without my permission causing me to way pay more. One smaller item could have been shipped in a smaller box instead of a much larger box. The double boxes I paid for, for a larger item was perfectly find for shipping one large items plus two additional smaller items, but instead she changes my box size to a much larger pricy box and the two smaller items could not fit in the larger box. She tells me to swip my card, for $300 and some dollars, then she redo the whole transaction without my knowledge after I have already swipped my card and now the shipping total has changed and jumped from $300 and some dollars to over $400 and some dollars. She boxed and taped everything without my approval, and after opening both boxes and retaping them, I had to pay for her retaping both boxes. All I was trying to do was make an upper 80 years old lady Christmas a little brighter, who lost her husband years ago, and my shipping order went from a happy occasion to a nightmare, I want be shipping with UPS, ever again. Very unsatisfied customer."
