Marco's Pizza

"We’ve enjoyed the pizza we have gotten at each Marcos location, but this specific location needs work in the time management area. I placed a to go order and was told give them 15 minutes. I gave it 25 and arrived for carry out pick up. There wasn’t a single customer in the store and all employees were doing busy work. When I gave my name to the guy, he gave me a confused look. He went to the computer screen and pressed a few buttons. They hadn’t even started our order. He didn’t say anything, like ‘give me 20 minutes’ or address the issue. Just went to the station (without washing his hands or using gloves) and started our order. It’s wild because he took my phone order so I’m not sure why he’d be confused that there was a pending order that needed to be fulfilled."

"While everything at Margo”s was excellent, the reason for the review is more about the incredible customer service that the lady with the beautiful eyes provided. Her help hadn’t shown up for work yet and she did it all. Good customer service always wins the day. The pizza was good too."

"This pizza place has went down!! Last two time we ordered the pizza was dripping in grease. This last time is was so greasy it was dripping from the box. Pepperoni can be grease but the fact that it is left to be absorbed into the crust leaving it soggy amd dripping is sad."
