"One star is being too generous. The manager at this store, I believe his name is Jim, has been nothing but ignorant and rude from the beginning. I asked about three weeks ago for the furniture to be picked up and the manager tried to make me keep it at all costs, then he hung up the phone and did not hear back from them. 3 weeks later no one ever picked up the furniture. They scheduled a pick up with Rent-A-Center but provided the wrong address so now I was asked to wait even longer. They are terrible with customer service, they do not take responsibility for anything and try to make it your problem how their internal train wreck of a business works. Calling corporate will do you no good. Their furniture is sitting here with no one to pick it up, pretty much using storage space. I put in a ticket with the district manager and if that doesn’t work I’ll work with the Bureau and even an attorney at this point. Never again. Please don’t use this terrible company!"

"When I say that the Indianapolis location inside of Value City has given the worst customer service from “the manager” that I have ever received... it is totally the truth! They are not willing to resolve a problem that I have had with delivery and service from Value City and still tried to charge me full price when I have been paying and waiting on my furniture since August 8, 2020!!!! They give you the run around over the phone and I’m STILL waiting on a Call Back!!! Never again will I use this finance option as a liable credit source."
