"Always a fun experience here! My 5-year-old picked out the scariest costume he could possibly find and he ended up having people trick-or-treating asking him to get pictures with him it was so funny! If you can't tell he was Ghost Face from the movie Scream along with a dagger with fake blood pretty scary! And me with the yellow wig I don't know what I was lol but it was fun especially with their animated scary characters that pop out and scare you when you're not expecting it and they're overabundance of not only costumes but candy and tons of other neat stuff!"

"The two staff members that were in the store made no attempt to ask me if I had a question or they could help no other staff members seen anywhere for 20 minutes or so I won't be back I left work retail for 30 years that's not the way you do it folks"

"Had to make a return for a costume that didn't fit. Cashier was super helpful and friendly. Had a choice between store credit or swap. I took the store credit. The cashier was quite grateful I didn't fight them on it because they had experienced some very rude customers concerning this return policy. Folks, the employees are not responsible for writing the policies, please treat them with the basic respect all human beings deserve. If you have a problem with a store policy, take it up with corporate, not the folks at the counter."

"They have the sweetest young ladies working here. Kinda hate their return policy, but I know it isn't the staffs fault."
