"Self-verified patient of Walmart Pharmacy 10-4407 - Posted on May 12th, 2018 Granted I don't have any life threatening issues that require complicated medicines, but I've used this pharmacy for the last 6 years or so and have NEVER been dissatisfied with their service or the personnel working there. I order refills on-line and receive emails that they've received the request and another when they are ready for pick up. Recently, May 10, 2018, I received an email before I even left the doctor's office that my prescriptions were ready to pick up which proves to me, the team are all professionals. I wrote another review about 4 years or more ago on their service, but do not see it here. Thank you for the opportunity to thank them!"

"I'm switching pharmacies after experiencing repeat problems here. Just my last 2 visits alone have resulted in 30 minute waits and untrue information being given to me by 3 separate people when I finally got to speak to someone. They've given me incorrect prices (told me a medication would cost $400 when it's on Walmart online for $65 and per my insurance company is covered for $5), incorrect information about medications requiring PAs when they never required one (delaying my medical care and sending my physician's office on a wild goose chase), and the last pharmacist I spoke with told me a chemotherapy adjunct medication which arrests cell growth and hydrocortisone were in the same category and couldn't tell me which was for precancerous skin areas and which was for dermatitis. My last trip alone took an hour and consisted entirely of incorrect, useless, and care delaying information being given to me. To say I'm irate would be an understatement. I'll never use this pharmacy again."
