"Everything was good except I was told delivery between 11AM and 2PM. Also would get a phone call 30 min prior to arrival. Never got a call and truck showed up at 10AM. Only way I knew they were here, is the fact I heard the backup beeper has they backed up my driveway"

"Delivery was excellent and earlier than expected which I appreciated. The driver and assistant were very nice and professional. They told me prior to taking the packaged fountain from the truck that the box was damage slightly when they picked it up from the warehouse. They said they took pictures of it and tried to determine if there was any internal damage. They did not believe there was damage from what they could see. They let me look at the box once out of the truck and I decided to accept it because I could not see any internal damage either. There is a 30 day return policy so if there is unseen damage I will return the fountain."

"My recent experience with RXO was horrible. I received an email requesting me to schedule my delivery date, so I selected the first day available, which was about a week away. I received a confirmation email for the date I selected. However, on my scheduled delivery day, I received an email from RXO stating that my delivery was confirmed for the following day. I contacted RXO via chat and was told that my item had just arrived at their facility, so it would be tomorrow before I received it. A few hours later, I received another email stating that my delivery was confirmed for three days later. An explanation was not provided, nor was an apology given for the changes in the delivery date. I was also told that I would be notified 30 minutes before the arrival of my delivery. Unfortunately, I did not receive this notification. Also, as indicated when I purchased the item, I did not receive white glove service, as illustrated by the dark spots on my item in the picture below. I contacted RXO after my delivery and was told that I needed to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. I also received a phone call from a representative with RXO about the poor rating that I provided regarding my delivery experience. I was also told that this is a busy time of the year for RXO, and the delivery crew did not see any spots on the item when they left. Additionally, I was informed by the RXO representative that my issue was with customer service rather than with the delivery crew, but the rating I gave affected their performance status. I do not recommend using this company as it seems they are more focused on their best interests rather than the interests of the customer."

"Excellent service, both gentlemen were friendly and respectful. My delivery was on time, handled with care and installed with professionalism. Cleaned up all the packing material and left with a hand shake. Of the many over the years, this may very well be the best delivery and install service we’ve had. Highly recommended‼️"
