"I previously gave this company a good review. However my dealings with corporate office and elwood store has soured me. On March 27 they double billed me 25.40. Now corporate said they deleted one. However i talked to my bank deleting a payment that has settled does nothing . They have 2 payment and refuse to refund one know 2 other people that this happened to me in Elwood another in fraction. Last in Anderson. The one thing all three have in common are the corporate office that adds in prices. I previously gave then a 4 but I am sorry their unwillingness to budge is ridiculous. The staff in Elwood store are nice but this double payment was to much. The balls in corporate hands now."
