"The UPS Store in Calera is the best shipping depot in Shelby County, imo! The personnel are always friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. If you're waiting in a line they have a pleasant way of putting everyone at ease. It's like a "no rush, no worry, just chill zone". Not everybody is always 100% ready with their package(s) and sometimes questions need answers. The folks working behind the counter make sure you are treated good and business is conducted thoroughly in your interest so that no mistakes are made. I think customers notice that and know when it's their turn, they will be treated with the same focus & attentive behavior. It's the way a place that is responsible for shipping items should be operated because you never know how important that item is or what it means. I'm fortunate to live close to the Calera UPS Store and if I didn't, I would still drive the extra miles. I want to add that they maintain a clean store and keep a good inventory of many items needed for mailing/shipping."
