"The customer service here has some serious issues, and it's not even the representatives who talk with you on the phone, I've been on the phone for three hours today working on getting a medicine I've been taking for 6 months because they can't keep any of my information on file or up to date."
"Could not recommend them less. Don’t rely on them for anything you truly need. It’s not an insurance issue, they just can’t seem to get it together, and you have to remind them to send you refills or supplies for infusions with no help from home health nurses. Use literally anyone else that your insurance will pay."
"I’ve been using Briova for years. I’ve never had an issue. Some people like to blame pharmacies for insurance issues. The pharmacy has nothing to do with your insurance."
"Unreliable for daily prescription refills. You have to get on the phone for hours to make sure they dont meds it up."
"Multiple hours per month spent trying to refill my prescriptions and they still screw it up. To say I am frustrated would be an understatement. My employer switched the United Healthcare (UHC) about 6 months ago and with them came OptumRX and BriovaRX speciality pharmacy. OptumRX isn't so bad, but BriovaRx will do its best to make it absolutely inconvienant as humanly possible to get you your prescription and non-compliant on your medications... in short they seem to not care at all about the patient and more about ensuring you do not get your medications so the insurance company doesn't have to pay for them. They do this through an extremely convoluted reordering process which prescriptions randomly drop off of from month-to-month (even though all of your prescriptions were written at the same time). To fix this you have to call multiple times and spend an hour on the phone each time to "try" to get it fixed. Then next time you need to refill the prescription.. auto-refill is not allowed so despite going through all of the motions on the website of confirming your address, your credit card, etc.. a couple of days later you get a robocall out of the blue saying they won't ship until you call them back.. then what they to ship is not what you selected on the website and is again missing something half the time.. but then again want to confirm your credit card, your address, ask for a medical history, etc even if you have been taking the same medication for 15+ years.. they still make you go through the entire routine each time.. FOR EACH MEDICATION.. not the complete order.. BUT FOR EACH MEDICATION.. then after spending 30 minutes to an hour on the phone with them they tell you all is good and everything is good to go and they will "speak with you next month".. but this turns out usually to actually mean speak to you in a few days again because 'something' wasn't right the last time in their system and so they want you to call them back again during limited business hours and then again go through the whole routine again of asking for your credit card, your medical history, and a whole ton of other questions AGAIN.. This month I'm two website logins, and 3 phone calls in and just got another phone call over a week and a half period and my prescriptions still haven't shipped. Absolutely HORRIBLE, as a 'specialty' pharmacy they should be on top of it .. but it honestly seems like what they specialize in is making sure people do not get their medications. If i could give a negative score I would..I am absolutely going to try to move to getting all of my prescriptions locally after 6 months and counting of this pain."
