"BEWARE OF EXTRA CARPET!!! Salesman that I dealt with was very friendly, he came out and measured what I needed and gave me a quote. They are 4-8 weeks out for install so I found an installer who could do it sooner. My installer picked up the carpet and discovered we had almost twice what we needed. When I called Carpet Country after the project was done they told me they can't give any refunds. I loaded up all the extra and brought it to the store to show them how much there was. Long story short they gave me a refund on what I thought I should be owed. Carpet Country wanted to charge me $450 to install when my installer did it for $200. I strongly believe if they had installed the carpet, they wouldn't have told me about the extra carpet and they would have taken it back and resold it."
