"Went to Garrison five years ago was on the road a hundred percent of the time dispatcher would let you sit as long as he wanted my mother was a diabetic and had to call ambulance to her three times while on the road let dispatch know that I was going home to take care of her Garrison came to pick up my truck while at doctor with my mother contacted Garrison and was told to come back when I was done with my mother issues when I contacted them told me I wasn't a good fit for them so now five years later I find out that they have put abandoned truck on my dac report so I contacted them to be told they never had emails from dispatch but conveniently and take it off because being over three years so I guess no you can't come back but why we are at it let's screw up your record doesn't seem fair big companies can get away with anything no matter who it screws up real good company right"

The primary issue revolved around communication – it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. My fleet manager consistently forwarded calls to voicemail, leaving me in the dark about my schedule until an hour before I had to be somewhere. I was assigned a local route in Live Oak, FL, but the schedule was anything but consistent. The team lead, just another driver, had the authority to dictate our overtime hours, favoring himself with as many hours as he liked. Meanwhile, he sometimes only pulled one load a day or even less, yet drivers faced consequences for not pulling 2 or 3 loads. The fleet manager's approach was unfair and unjust. Shockingly, I was fired from the company simply for requesting to leave on time once. No warnings, counseling statements, or discussions – a highly disproportionate response. For anyone serious about trucking, I strongly advise against considering R.E.Garrison Trucking. The lack of communication and unfair management make it an undesirable choice for those seeking a reliable and fair work environment. Avoid at all costs."

"Wife of a tucker, and decided to take the time to give a review. The experience me and my husband and child had was unbelievable experiencing it firsthand with my husband. I can understand his frustration. This company is a total scam, money wise you make the money and you don’t see the money big companies like this have to understand that you don’t have a business without employees. If you continue to treat people this way, then that means you’re only gonna have a company. My husband was not getting the Loads that he needed. To even survive. The company took more out for the truck payment insurance gas and other miscellaneous he was more in the negative than anything, we started out with nothing and ended with nothing .they ran him like a dog, and jumped him like a monkey. It got to the point where we could barely barely survive out on the road. And had to call it quits within two months. The company has a very high turnover rate. But when you’re stealing from people from their paychecks, it’s really not gonna matter as long as they get their money off top ,As the company get paid. My husband has reached out to the office managers and so on and so to explain further what was going on and nothing has changed. Made over $20,000 in two months and only got to see 3000. Don’t take my word for it go see for yourself."

"Seems like a good company your first couple weeks but you can tell they lack communication within the offices and their system isn't right the dispatcher will send you your itinerary but your paycheck won't match. It's hard communicating with an accountant that swears they're always right even when they're wrong. Don't look for HR to help you with problems either."

"This guy is a total jerk. One you need to tell the driver of Booty Transport it’s against the law to just drive on the Florida turnpike in the fast lane especially when all trucks are to the right. I went to pass him and he sped up. Total jerk and liability. Get better drivers."
