CVS Pharmacy

"Absolute horrible service. I dropped off prescription on a Friday around 3:45. The next day I went to pick it up, and they could not find the prescription. They asked me who I dropped it off with, and I told them I didn’t know. I thought the gentlemen appeared to be bald and with glasses, and their only response was I must have gone to a different CVS because nobody bald works there. I asked if we could view the camera at the time I went by to see who was there at that time, and again they told me I must have gone to a different CVS. Never once did they admit to having lost it and kept insinuating that I must have gone to the wrong CVS, which was very disrespectful. So now because it is a controlled substance, I cannot fill that medication until I schedule another do the visit and get them to create another prescription. Will never come to this location again and would never recommend them to others as they had been less than professional at other occurrences prior to this final issue. I am giving one star because that is the lowest allowed. I would give zero if possible."

"I am a long time customer of CVS pharmacy with over 10 recurring refills per month. I attempted to submit a refill by app yesterday on 9-5-23. The app was not working. I called the pharmacy and spoke with an employee and explained my situation. The bottle showed 3 refills but the expiration date was yesterday 9-5. They assured me on the phone that they would refill the order and it would be ready for pickup. Later in the evening I checked the app and it showed the prescription teady to pickup. I went this morning to the pharmacy and was not allowed to pick up my medication due to it had expired today 1 day after what was on the bottle. I tried to explain that i had spoke with someone there bu phone and they had advised me it would be no problem. So now, with 3 refills showing, this is a .90 day recurring refill, because i did not pick it up yesterday, the day it expired, it has to go back through the doctor for approval. Totally absurd. CVS just lost a customer. Total disregard for the customer."

"Pulled up to what was supposed to be a 24 hour pharmacy after an ER trip for kidney stones. The pharmacist just didn’t want to do his job. “Our computers are down for 15 minutes for a backup.” That’s fine I’ll wait we have to have these meds. “Well it will be like 25 minutes.” That is fine. I will wait. “Are you in our system?” No we typically use Walgreens. “Well do we take your insurance?” How the heck am I supposed to know? Isn’t that your job. I finally Just took the scripts and left."
