"**Review update** I gave Bobcat a call and discussed a ticking and backfiring noise on my dads Kohler on one side of the engine. The service rep agreed that I should start with coil packs, so I gave that a shot first. Ive installed several of these, I understand how they operate and I understand how to install them properly. Upon installing them, we had a no start scenario. We threw the old coil packs on, and BAM it starts, telling me that the coils I bought were defective (which can happen) No big deal right? Wrong. Bobcat is telling me its an electronic item and it cant be returned because I installed it already. I kind of understand that! So I asked about warranty since they sold me a broken item. They said since the coils were not installed by a certified shop, they couldnt even do the warranty. Why didnt the service rep mention this to me when it was obvious I was doing the work myself? 150 dollars gone. I dont care what anyone says, that is NOT taking care of your customer. I've given them repeat business, have had several people purchase their mowers from them based on my recommendation. Both my father and myself are due for new mowers. It will not be from Bobcat. If you insist on still going to this business, please keep in mind you will not be able to return anything, even if its defective. **Old Review** Good knowledgeable staff. They take care of their repeat customers. They delivered my mower swiftly and free of charge. Very nice people."

"Had carburetor issues so they cleaned it and replace my blades, used it twice and it started acting up again so I went back and they say oh well then you need a new carburetor so I asked how much was a new one and he quoted me $70-$80. They replaced it and when I got there they actually charges me $165. For the carburetor for a grand total of $675 for both times I took it there. Get my mower home and mowed 3/4 of my lawn and it quit working again. I will never give them another penny!!"

"Great sales and service. They went out of their way to help me get the parts I needed for my bobcat and even gave me some pointers on how to fix it myself so I didn't have to bring it in for service. Very pleased!"

"they were able to repair my mower but they left the ignition key switch on and ran the battery dead and added a extra $50 to replace the battery . I know this is what happened because there was 56 hours more on the hour meter than when I took it in for repair that is more hours than I put on it in a year."
