"Had a staple gun needed repaired that i bought at a garage sale for $20. Fastenal shipped it off for repairs, only to tell me it was gonna cost $250. I could have bought a new one for that. They returned it to me in about 30 pieces saying that if they dont fix it then they dont return it they way i brought it to them. They had it for over a month. I never heard anything from them, i had to call them multiple times to check the status of it. Very shitty customer service. Ill never go back and would recommend anyone to go there."
