"Adam is a fantastic manager and sales employee to work with. My wife and I went in knowing we probably wanted a Purple mattress but were open to options. Adam set us up, gave us some great introductory information then left us alone to discuss amongst ourselves (we loved that). He was highly knowledgeable about Purple mattresses and I know my wife especially appreciated the education (she's an information based buyer). He also humored our questions comparing to other brands to be sure this is the purchase that was best for us. I particularly appreciated Adam's flexibility and low pressure presentation of our payment options. I'm not sure if I'll be receiving a work bonus, and without it cannot make the purchase, but Adam helped set us up with a way to lock the sale price in and that was a main factor in us leaving happy. Most importantly, he was incredibly cooperative when my wife had questions because the manufacturer website had lower discounts. "So my husband has been wanting a new mattress for a while and we were looking to make our first big mattress purchase in our lives. The store is very clean and Adam who helped us out was friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. We did go in knowing that we wanted a Purple mattress, but he helped compare to others as well to be sure we were making the best purchase for ourselves. He spent quality time with us without rushing or pushing and excused himself to help others in the meantime. We happily obliged so my husband and I could discuss things. When he returned again he was never pushy and gave us lots of payment options for our situation. We can only afford the mattress if we get a work bonus, but we don't know if it's coming in yet. So we wanted to shop but can't guarantee any purchase until it comes through. Adam understood entirely so that put us at ease. We did end up locking in our price due to the last day of the New Year sale and were very excited about our potential purchase. I want to share that additionally we went back in later because we found out that the Purple website was offering a slightly higher discount. We went back in to discuss this with Adam and see what, if anything, he could do... Without hesitation and a smile on his face he gladly adjusted our price total to match the online Purple pricing. We went ahead and added a few things as well so it was about the same amount, but the value was fantastic! While the store itself is not super big, you can't ask for a more amiable employee and I'll take that over selection any day. I HIGHLY recommend making your mattress purchase with Adam at this American Mattress because you know he's got your back, you're getting the best deal, and you're making the best purchase from a knowledge manager!"
